SYRACUSE, N.Y. -- Quadir Copeland and Justin Taylor, each a standout performer at IMG Academy (Fla.), have signed National Letters of Intent (NLI) to enroll and play basketball for the Orange starting in 2022, according to the University.
Copeland, a 6-6, 175 guard, hails from Gettysburg, Pa. and plays for national powerhouse IMG Academy (Fla.) under Coach Chad Myers. He is ranked 86th nationally according to Rivals.com and is considered the 27th best player in Florida by 247Sports.com. ESPN.com has Copeland rated as the 20th point guard in the Class of 2020.
