SYRACUSE, N.Y. – Syracuse head football coach Dino Babers announced the hiring of Chris Achuff as the team's linebackers coach on Wednesday. A Bellefonte, Pennsylvania native, Achuff most recently served as the defensive line coach for the Arizona Cardinals where he worked with former Syracuse superstar and 2019 NFL All-Pro Chandler Jones.
"Chris has been around some of the top coaches and athletes in the sport," Babers said. "He was in the NFL for two seasons in addition to his college experience. He's a fantastic addition to our staff and we are excited to have him on board.
