Orange freshman DB Duce Chestnut is up for the Shaun Alexander Freshman of the Year Award, being one-of-37 players named to the award's watch list on Tuesday.
Chestnut is one-of-six players from the ACC on the watch list.
The rookie from Camden, New Jersey has started all-nine games at corner for the Orange this season. He is just the third Orange defensive back to earn a starting nod in his rookie season opener in the last-40 years, joining Andre Cisco (2018) and Markus Paul (1985).
