Former Syracuse standout Oshae Brissett is one of 21 players who have accepted invitations to attend training camp for Canada's Senior Men's National Team, which begins June 16 in Tampa, Fla.
Canada will be preparing for the FIBA Olympic Qualifying Tournament, scheduled for June 29-to-July 4. Each country will play the other two teams in its group. Canada is in Group A along with Greece and China. The top two squads in each group will advance to the semifinals. The winner of the tournament earns a spot in the Tokyo Olympics.
Nick Nurse, the head coach of the Toronto Raptors, is leading Team Canada.
