SYRACUSE, NY -- Top-seeded Boeheim's Army had its run in The Basketball Tournament (TBT) end on Sunday in a 84-72 loss to third-seeded Team Brotherly Love. The defeat came in the TBT round of 16 and Team Brotherly Love earned a trip to Chicago for the Final 8.
Novar Gadson had 22 points, Frantz Massenat added 18 and Ramone Moore had 15, including the game-winning basket to end the contest. Boeheim's Army received 16 points and 10 rebounds from Hakim Warrick, and 15 from Eric Devendorf.
SECOND-HALF SUPREMECY
The contest was knotted 40-40 after a hotly-contested first half that featured six lead changes.
