The fourth installment of the Syracuse-based The Basketball Tournament team concluded like all the rest: With farewell hugs, mostly muted conversations and no financial reward. Just two teams have left TBT over the years with winner-take-all prize money. Overseas Elite, having made yet another final four, has the chance to become an astonishing four-time TBT champion this week. Nobody has ever beaten that team.
