The 2017 NCAA Tournament selection committee has to put Syracuse in now.
Forget the record and the resume and the three wins over Top 10 teams. Forget the lack of non-conference wins, road record, RPI, BPI, KenPom ratings and any other measure you want to throw at me.
No, no, no. Syracuse has to get in now for two simple reasons.
1. Entertainment value. Have you seen all the comebacks and buzzer beaters this team has had this season? OK, now ask yourself what 'March Madness' is all about?
