The legendary head coach of the ‘Cuse basketball squad now has a son who next season will suit up for Cornell, as my terrific colleague at Inside The Loud House, Zachary Weisleder, has noted.
The 6-7 Jimmy Boeheim, who averaged more than 23 points per game for Jamesville-DeWitt High School in Syracuse during the 2015-16 campaign, currently attends the New Hampton School in New Hampton, N.H., where present SU sophomore Tyler Lydon also went.
Boeheim took to Twitter on Tuesday to reveal his decision to become a member of Big Red.
