Amid cheers, applause and celebration Syracuse University's student-athletes, coaches, staff and guests enjoyed the 13th annual 'Cuse Awards on Tuesday, April 30. The many remarkable accomplishments of Orange student-athletes and teams achieved in athletic competition, in the classroom and in the community in 2018-19 took center stage at the Goldstein Auditorium in the Schine Student Center.
Seniors Santita Ebangwese (volleyball) and Hendrik Hilpert (men's soccer) earned the 2019 Soladay Awards, the highest honor presented to a male and female senior student-athlete each year. The award is named in honor of long-time athletics administrator Doris Soladay.
