Syracuse, N.Y. -- Syracuse football is beginning to make some inroads in South Carolina late during the Class of 2019 cycle.
The Orange hosted an offensive tackle last weekend in Jimmy Fritzsche, who has not been offered but sees strong mutual interest as SU waits on more experienced targets. This weekend, defensive lineman Cooper Dawson will be joined on campus by running back Michel Dukes, another Palmetto State prospect with an offer in-hand.
"I understand that they're on the rise and that's something that I'd like to be a part of," Dukes said via Twitter direct message, "so I scheduled an official just to feel things out.
