West Brom 1-1 Swansea: Tammy Abraham's late goal steals Swans a vital point in relegation battle as Baggies end their nine-game losing streak

Tammy Abraham's 75th minute goal was his first in 18 appearances and enough to earn Swansea a crucial point in their bid to avoid relegation.

West Brom put in a good performance under the new leadership of caretaker boss Darren Moore and went ahead when Jay Rodriguez scored from close range.

However, the Baggies could not hold on to their lead as Swansea increased the pressure on the home side before Abraham popped up from a corner to equalise.
