Millwall's Abdul Abdulmalik training with Portsmouth but the Lions are unwilling to negotiate with other clubs after England under-17 forward's contract expired

England prospect Abdul Abdulmalik is training with Portsmouth but has been left in limbo by Millwall’s stance over his future.

Teenage England under-17 forward Abdulmalik’s contract expired this week but he remains unable to join a new club with Millwall digging their heels in and so far refusing to negotiate with interested parties.

They have rejected a number of approaches from Swansea for Abdulmalik, who has also been watched by Arsenal and Rangers.
