Championship round-up: Will Vaulks scores outrageous 60-yard lob but Cardiff beaten by Brentford as Sergi Canos nets hat-trick, while Swansea go second with win at QPR

Cardiff's Will Vaulks scored from inside his own half but was upstaged by hat-trick hero Sergi Canos as Brentford won 3-2 in south Wales.

Vaulks opened the scoring in first-half stoppage time when he spotted David Raya outside his area and unleashed a stunning strike over the stranded Bees goalkeeper.

Canos levelled for Brentford five minutes into the second half with an excellent effort of his own and he added his second in the 65th minute.
