David Moyes says that young players have a better chance of making the England squad if they sign for Premier League bottom club Sunderland.
The Black Cats are seven points from safety and have won just once in 2017 ahead of today's trip to Watford.
But Moyes believes his club should be an attractive proposition for home-grown talent looking to break into the England team.

He points to striker Jermain Defoe and goalkeeper Jordan Pickford as an example of how playing regularly in the top flight can aid your international ambitions, as opposed to sitting on the bench at a bigger club.
