Wales star Gareth Bale has said his farewells to departing boss Chris Coleman and paid tribute to his successes with the national side.
The Real Madrid winger took to Twitter on Saturday to thank Coleman for the job he had done at Wales as he gets set for his imminent move to Championship strugglers Sunderland.
Bale wrote: 'An amazing manager and a top guy! Just want to say good luck for your future and a big thank you for the last few years #goodmemories'.
Sportsmail revealed Coleman would be quitting Wales to replace the sacked Simon Grayson at Sunderland on Friday.
