'There's only one Bradley Lowery': Football world pays tribute to Sunderland fan after he dies aged six following brave cancer battle

Football was united in grief on Friday after the family of Bradley Lowery announced he had passed away aged just six.

Lowery, who had been suffering from cancer, became a well known and loved figure after appearing as a mascot at a number of Premier League games for Sunderland and Everton, as well as for the England national team.

He had a close friendship with striker Jermain Defoe, formerly of Sunderland, but other clubs and players showed their feelings via social media after the sad news broke.
