Terminally-ill Sunderland fan Bradley Lowery is not well enough to make it Stamford Bridge this weekend to make his side's final Premier League match against Chelsea.
There had been calls for Bradley, who celebrated his sixth birthday on Wednesday, to present Antonio Conte and his side with the Premier League trophy after the final game of the season.
Blues fan Gary Burgess posted the suggestion on Facebook, which was picked up on Twitter by a Premier League fanpage, garnering over 22,000 retweets for the idea.
