Sunderland tell fans they will NOT receive a refund on season tickets if campaign is completed behind closed doors - and they can only get a streaming pass for home matches in return

Sunderland fans will not receive a refund on their season tickets if the rest of the season is completed behind closed doors.

The EFL have set League One and Two clubs a D-Day of June 8 as they must vote on whether to cancel their seasons.

And League One outfit Sunderland have released details regarding their season tickets in the event the remainder of the 2019-20 campaign is played without fans.

'Should the season be completed behind closed doors, season card holders would be automatically entitled to a streaming pass only,' Sunderland told fans in a Q&A on their official website on Wednesday.
