Sunderland have taken their summer spending up to a record high after completing their eighth new signing of the summer.
Regis Le Bris led the Black Cats back to the Premier League via the play-offs nearly a decade languishing outside the top flight.
And with promoted sides finding it increasingly difficult to stave off the drop in recent years Le Bris has wasted little time in bolstering his ranks for the coming campaign.
On Friday Sunderland announced the signing of Dutch goalkeeper Robin Roefs from NEC in a deal worth a reported £11.5million.
The 22-year-old Netherlands youth international enjoyed a breakout campaign in the Eredivisie last season, keeping 10 league clean sheets as NEC finished a respectable 8th under Dick Schreuder.
