Sunderland have signed winger Chemsdine Talbi from Club Brugge in a deal which could eventually be worth a reported £19.5m.
The 20-year-old has signed a five-year contract with the Black Cats which will keep him at the Stadium of Light until at least 2029.
Talbi was born in Belgium and represented them at youth level but has since pledged his international future to Morocco.
Talbi said the lure of playing in the "biggest and best league in the world" persuaded him to move to Sunderland.
"I'm really looking forward to playing in the Premier League," he said.
