Chris Coleman believes Sunderland is being damaged by chairman Ellis Short's continued desire to sell the club and says the problems won't be resolved until they have a new owner.

While Coleman will be readying his players for the must-win match, he saw fit to take a shot at current owner Short, saying the insidious atmosphere around the Stadium of Light has been caused by his lack of love for the club.
