David Moyes has branded Jeremain Lens a ‘disgrace’ and says there is no way back at Sunderland after the on-loan Fenerbahce winger said it would be easier for him if his parent club were relegated this season.
Lens - a £13million signing just 18 months ago - wants to remain at the Turkish club beyond the end of his year-long loan and claimed this week that his cause would be aided by the Black Cats dropping into the Championship.
But Moyes is not happy with the Dutch forward, as he said: ‘I think it’s disgracefully disrespectful to the club who hold his registration.
