Sunderland manager David Moyes has admitted his team's poor start to the season has often caused him to spend many Saturday nights in a darkened room.
The 4-1 home drubbing by Arsenal heaped pressure on Moyes, whose side have made the worst ever start to a Premier League campaign after 10 games and are bottom of the table with two points.
