Teenager Tommy Watson scored a 95th-minute winner to send Sunderland up to the Premier League, beating Sheffield United in the Championship play-off final at Wembley Stadium.
The goal is the 19-year-old's last for Sunderland before he joins Brighton and Hove Albion next season.
With the scores level at 1-1 late in the match, Sunderland were second best for much of the game.
Having used all five substitutes, Sheffield United were temporarily down to 10 men after defender Anel Ahmedhodu017eiu0107 went off with a head injury.
It was then that Watson took advantage in the most dramatic way, scoring the winner.
