Sunderland 3-3 Middlesbrough: Callum McManaman grabs dramatic equaliser for hosts after Jake Clarke-Salter and Adama Traore are sent off

Callum McManaman grabbed a dramatic last-gasp equaliser for Sunderland in a bad-tempered derby with Middlesbrough which served up two red cards and six goals.

Teenager Joel Asoro fired Sunderland ahead with his second goal of the season on 11 minutes before both sides were reduced to 10 men in the first half.

First Jake Clarke-Salter saw red for a lunge on Adama Traore, who was then dismissed himself for an apparent off-the-ball clash with Bryan Oviedo.

Middlesbrough looked the better side at 10 vs 10 and were level early in the second period thanks to Patrick Bamford.
