Sunderland full-back Patrick van Aanholt has played down concerns he is suffering with a heart problem.
Van Aanholt was named in the starting eleven for his side's visit to Tottenham in the Premier League on Sunday, before being replaced by on-loan Manchester City defender Jason Denayer shortly before kick-off.
It was later revealed by Black Cats boss David Moyes that the defender was withdrawn as a result of 'medical advice from cardiologists'.

However, Van Aanholt, a six-time Netherlands international, insists there are no issues with his heart.
