Oxford boss Karl Robinson says League One clubs have become 'sloppy' in their Covid-19 protocols amid spate of postponed games as he reveals players have been tested for the virus only TWICE in seven weeks

Oxford United manager Karl Robinson believes EFL clubs have become 'sloppy' in their Covid-19 protocols amid a number of match postponements following positive tests.

Robinson revealed players and staff at Oxford have only been tested twice 'over the course of about six or seven weeks' and urged a return to the strict rules imposed when football restarted in the summer.

Only five of 12 scheduled fixtures in League One went ahead on Tuesday after coronavirus outbreaks at a number of clubs including Sunderland, Hull City and Peterborough United.
