Newcastle have officially unveiled Spanish defender Javier Manquillo as their latest summer signing, and couldn't resist taking a swipe at their bitter rivals Sunderland in the process.
The 23-year-old has made the switch to St James' park after turning out for the Black Cats last season on loan under their former manager David Moyes.
Taking to their official website and social media outlets to officially unveil Manquillo, Newcastle couldn't resist adding in the cheeky quip: 'some things are just better in black and white.'

The caption was accompanied with a photo of Manquillo wearing his new club colours, smiling broadly at the camera with thumbs up.
