Manchester United WON'T send Amad Diallo back on loan to the Championship following return from injury despite impressive spell at Sunderland - according to the player himself!

Manchester United forward Amad Diallo has appeared to squash rumours that he could be set to leave the club on loan.

Diallo has spent this season back with the Red Devils following a successful temporary stay with Sunderland last season, which saw the Black Cuts finish inside the play-off places.

He has been used sparingly by Erik ten Hag despite the rave reviews around his abilities and criticism of Antony's performances on the right of attack, where Diallo would normally play.

The 21-year-old has also had to deal with an injury which has kept him out for large chunks of the campaign, returning to action in his side's 2-1 defeat against Nottingham Forest towards the end of the year.
