Liverpool will be without striker Daniel Sturridge as they prepare to take on Sunderland at Anfield today, after the England man picked up a minor calf issue.
Sturridge, who has been coming off the substitute's bench in recent weeks for Jurgen Klopp's side, is not believed to have any major concerning issues.
But the injury is enough for Klopp and his back room staff to decide not to include the 27-year-old in the squad to face the Black Cats.
The Reds have however been boosted by news on the fitness of Brazilian star Philippe Coutinho, who has been passed fit in time to face David Moyes' men.
