Bournemouth have completed the signing of Jermain Defoe on a three-year contract.
The 34-year-old striker leaves relegated Sunderland to return to the club where he spent a season on loan from West Ham 16 years ago.
Defoe's deal at the Vitality Stadium is expected to net the England international £20million - accumulated through his wages over the three-year period as well as a significant signing-on fee.

Defoe scored 15 times for Sunderland last season but could not prevent the Black Cats ending the campaign bottom of the Premier League.
