West Ham United, Sunderland and Hull City are locked in a three-way fight for Olympiacos midfielder Luka Milivojevic.
The Serbia international could cost £13million, though Hull manager Marco Silva may have an advantage in talks.
Silva managed Milivojevic at the Greek champions and could try to use that link to convince the 25-year-old to join him the Premier League.
Milivojevic is seen as a steady player and was linked with Leicester City and Roma recently.
