Fulham are considering a move to bring former Sunderland midfielder Alfred N'Diaye back to England.
The 26-year-old only joined Villarreal in the summer but he has fallen out of favour at the Spanish club and has so far played just 105 minutes in La Liga.
Villarreal spent £6.2m to land him during the window but they are reportedly willing to take a hit on that outlay to get him off the wage bill in January.
And, according to Don Balon, Fulham are among the club who may attempt to sign him in the New Year.
