Everton have agreed a £30million deal for 23-year-old Sunderland goalkeeper Jordan Pickford.
The Black Cats youngster is currently on international duty with the England Under-21s, and is set to travel to Poland this week for the European U21 Championship.
And Everton expect to wrap up a deal for the goalkeeper when he returns.
The Toffees had made Pickford their number one goalkeeper target this summer after impressing in his breakthrough Premier League season for Sunderland.
Despite the club’s relegation from the Premier League, the England youngster made a big impression with a series of fine displays for the Black Cats.
