Late Thursday evening, former Memphis defensive end Joseph Dorceus announced via Twitter that he would be transferring to Tulane and the news couldn’t have come at a better time for the Green Wave. After losing defensive stars Patrick Johnson and Cameron Sample to the NFL just a few weeks ago, Tulane is looking to fill some big shoes on that side of the ball. Pair this with the fact that nose tackle Jeffery Johnson withdrew his name from the transfer portal and this is some big time news for the Wave.
Dorceus, who was a walk-on at Memphis back in 2017, comes to New Orleans with an impressive career under his belt.
