DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. - Texas State University's women’s golf team shot a 2-over par 290 on the first day of action at the 2019 Sun Belt Conference Women's Golf Championship and will enter the second day of competition in first place. The Bobcats own a one-shot lead over Georgia Southern and Troy, which both finished tied for second at three-over par.
Georgia Southern's Julianna Collett, Texas State's Sasikarn Somboonsup and Anne-Charlotte Mora, and Troy's Lindsey Harrison are the leaders after the first round.
