Sun Belt Science of Basketball STEM Field Trips Registration
NEW ORLEANS – The Sun Belt Conference is once again making learning fun through the game of basketball.
The Sun Belt is hosting three Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) field trips for elementary and middle school students in the Greater New Orleans area from Wednesday, March 13 to Friday, March 15 in conjunction with 2019 Sun Belt Conference Men’s and Women’s Basketball Championships presented by First Bank and Trust.
Each field trip begins at 9 a.m. at Lakefront Arena and features 10 interactive stations from learning about shooting percentages to measuring your wingspan to dribbling through an obstacle course to designing your own uniform.
