Lainey Gosnell played a pivotal role in App State’s weekend sweep of Georgia Southern securing the team’s second winning season (13-11) in the past three years and matching their best record in Sun Belt play (10-8) since joining the league. The senior had a weekend to remember, averaging 20+ points in back-to-back games for the first time in her career and fell just one rebound shy of averaging a double-double for the weekend.
