NEW ORLEANS - Jake Storey of Georgia Southern was named the Sun Belt Men’s Golfer of the Year, Zan Luka Stirn of Arkansas State was named the Sun Belt Freshman and Newcomer of the Year, and Georgia State coach Joe Inman was tabbed Sun Belt Men's Golf Coach of the Year in a vote of the men’s golf coaches. In addition, the 2017 All-Sun Belt Men’s Golf Team was announced by the conference office on Wednesday.
Storey, a junior from Alnwick, England, led the Sun Belt with a 71.36 average score, just ahead of teammate and fellow First-Team selection, Steven Fisk.
