Quarterback Kyle Lowe committed to Middle Tennessee early Wednesday afternoon. Lowe is a three-star rising senior from Memphis, TN. He plays at Fayette-Ware High School for his head coach and father Woodrow Ware Jr.
Before settling on the Blue Raiders, Lowe had received offers from Navy, Miami University, and Louisiana, among others. All three were among the schools listed in Lowe’s top eight, which he tweeted in early May.
Lowe is a former running back; he transitioned to quarterback his freshman year.
“It helps a lot,” Lowe said of history as a running back, “I don’t have to think too much when I’m running, so I’m able to make moves and make people miss and add that other threat to my game.
