LITTLE ROCK – After partaking in the Postseason WNIT in March, the Little Rock women's basketball team has been selected to compete in the 2016 Preseason WNIT to kick off the upcoming season, the WNIT announced on Wednesday.
The Trojans' opponents, game dates and game times have yet to be announced, but all teams participating in the WNIT were also released Wednesday.
Little Rock will take part in at least three games as part of its appearance in the WNIT.
A main bracket of 16 teams will crown a champion with a potential for four games if the Trojans reach the championship.
