Liberty have rolled through their 2023 season and while it was a close game for three quarters, they beat New Mexico State 49-35 on Friday night.
Postgame, head coach Jamey Chadwell made his feelings on where Liberty’s postseason destination should.
“If you’ve watched us for 13 weeks, we are the best G5 team in this country. Six wins over bowl teams, our average margin of victory is 17 points. We have dominated our opponents.We Belong in the New Years Six,” Chadwell emphatically stated.
