NEW ORLEANS – James Madison redshirt sophomore midfielder Aleigha Arndt and Marshall senior defender Angel Fowler earned the 2025 campaign’s final Sun Belt Conference Women’s Soccer Player of the Week honors after leading their teams to league wins on the final night of the regular season.
Arndt becomes the second James Madison player to earn Offensive Player of the Week recognition this season after Ginny Lackey accomplished the feat on Oct. 14. Fowler is also the second Marshall player to receive a Defensive Player of the Week nod after Kajsa Ekstrom was also honored on Oct.
