Harrington, McCaskill and Snyder Earn Football Weekly Honors

OFFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Daetrich Harrington, App State
Taking over primary ball-carrying duties with several teammates inactive, Daetrich Harrington made the most of his opportunity with career highs in rushing yards (211), attempts (32), touchdowns (4) and longest rush (40) to lead App State to a 52-21 win against Campbell. He’s the first Sun Belt player this year with a 200-yard game and the first with a four-touchdown effort. His four rushing touchdowns were the most in a game by an App State player since legendary QB Armanti Edwards in 2009. Harrington’s first two scores were at key first-half moments, tying the game at 7-7 in the first quarter and then giving the Mountaineers their first lead of the game at 17-13 in the second.
