Georgia State quarterback Cornelious Brown IV accounted for four touchdowns and 271 yards of total offense to lead the Panthers to a 52-34 victory over ULM. Brown completed 20 of 32 passes for 241 yards and three touchdowns while rushing for 30 yards, including a 3-yard scoring run. The redshirt freshman known as Quad directed a GSU offense that tied the program record for points vs. an FBS opponent, scoring 52 points for the second time this season and fourth time in the last two years.
