Kyle Skeels, Coastal Carolina (Jr., C, Langehorn, Pa.)
Moving into the starting catcher's spot, Skeels excelled this weekend as the redshirt junior hit a team-high .500 (5-for-10) with two doubles, four RBIs, four walks and one hit by pitch. He also scored three runs and posted a .700 slugging percentage over the Chanticleers 3-0 weekend. Hitting safely in all three games, Skeels went 2-for-4 with a stolen base and two runs scored versus VCU and 1-for-2 with a double, three walks and an RBI in the win over Maryland.
