NEW ORLEANS – Former Coastal Carolina football student-athlete Nicholas Clark has been appointed Chair of the NCAA Board of Governors Student-Athlete Engagement Committee for the 2019-2020 academic year.
As chair, his responsibilities include guiding the committee's charge to facilitate dialogue within the student-athlete community, provide student input on association-wide issues, policies and key initiatives, review and react to topics referred by the NCAA Board of Governors and provide comments to the Board on association-wide areas of interest.
Clark’s NCAA service has included serving as a member of the Division I Council, Division I Transfer Working Group, Division I Football Oversight Committee, Strategic Vision and Planning Committee, Sports Wagering Committee and Board of Governors Federal and State Legislation Working Group.
