Stoke midfielder Charlie Adam would be happy to extend his five-year stay at the Premier League club as long as he gets regular first-team playing time.
The 31-year-old's contract is due to expire next summer and he has endured a frustrating start to this campaign.
The Scot has been forced to watch on from the bench for eight Premier League games but did make a two-minute cameo in last Saturday's 1-0 win against Watford.

Adam has been largely consigned to League Cup duty, playing in both the club's second and third round ties earlier this season.
