Stoke City have set an asking price of £22.5million for West Ham target Marko Arnautovic in order to try and sign three new players including Chelsea defender Kurt Zouma.
Stoke rejected a second West Ham offer of £20million last week because 10% of the fee would have gone out on additional payments like agents fees and bonuses.
They want to clear £20million before agreeing to a deal, particularly as manager Mark Hughes built Stoke's team around Arnautovic last season and is reluctant to see the Austrian winger leave.
