Stanford Cardinal defensive back Treyjohn Butler was recognized nationally for his off-field efforts as the senior DB was selected to the 2020 Allstate AFCA Good Works Team.
The Good Works Team is comprised of 22 student-athletes nationally, 11 from FBS programs and 11 from a combination of FCS, Divisions II and II as well as the NAIA. The Good Works Team recognizes extra efforts by players and student support staff off the field. The American Football Coaches Association governs the award while Allstate became the presenting sponsor back in 2008.
Seeing Butler in the community is a common sight, and his works off the field are absolutely deserving of recognition.
